The 1923 Louisbourg Lighthouse in Nova Scotia is the fourth in this location, the spot of the earliest lighthouse in Canada. Known to protect sailors from the rocky shore, I paired the lighthouse with two Atlantic puffins. Some native cultures think puffins protect seafarers by having the power over storms and the weather.
