Many visitors to the Vineyard miss an up-close view of the Cape Pogue Lighthouse. Located on Chappaquiddick, this lighthouse has the extra charm of its isolation. The narrow spit of land it sits on hosts endangered nesting shorebirds. A trip inside the lighthouse can be arranged through the Trustees of the Reservation.
